Vibration when stationary!

Hi guys had a cv boot replaced this week and since then my car seems to be vibrating up front when stopped, fine when driving and even stops when the car is rolling!
Just seems like its when the cars stationary!!!
Any ideas?

Engine bay under tray loose ?
Mine was hanging off after my last service .
