Vehicle is not connect-capable. But it should be!! 2013 Audi A5 Technik

Hi All,

I believe my car should have the ability to use the Audi connect system.

I have resisted with "My Audi" with the vin number etc and its saying "Vehicle is not connect-capable".

Then it says the following " The Audi connect services are not available for the selected vehicle. The Audi connect services can only be used in connection with the optional Bluetooth car phone and the optional MMI® Navigation plus.".

Not only do i have the Bluetooth car phone but also have MMI Navigation System Plus.

The MMI Nav System Plus i believe was an upgrade, could this be why the VIN does not recognize it?

Any ideas?
