Vcds to program FIS control

Can anyone help with coding in my FIS control please ?

From what I have read seems like the values in channel 62 need to be changed so dont think it would take to long.

I live in benfleet and I will pay of course

That's pretty much what I managed to find, the value is changed depending on how it is going to be read.
Are you available one evening next week ?
