VCDS Losing connection

Hi all
I'm having an issue getting my VCDS to do a full scan, half way through my laptop pings up with the following screen shot warning.
I've tried re starting the laptop, disconnecting the lead from the car and it still happens, any ideas?

same thing happened me and it was always at module 46. Contact ross tech and Jef will give you instructions on how to send debug file to find the problem. My one just disappeared after an update from ross tech.

Emailed Ross Tech today and got a helpful reply from Uwe, just awaiting a further reply from the info I have sent him.

I've changed the settings as you have advised and it seems to have done the trick.
Did a full scan with the following results.
I am getting access to all of the modules that my cable is allowed to?

Seems to read ok, except for radio of which I've advised via PM how to address possibly, keep all replies on here from now on please.

Tried to do another auto scan today and I'm stilling having the same problem as above with losing connection at module 46.
Have also tried accessing module 46 directly and the message 'No response from controller' flags up?
I tried my partners laptop just to be sure it wasn't an issue with my laptop and the result was the same.
Beginning to think there may be a fault with the module on my car?
Anyone got any ideas?

I do have a factory fitted sunroof so the drain holes may be blocked?
Where a bouts is module 46 located in the car so I can check it and the wiring?
