VCDS EGR

If I have had my EGR blanked both software and physically will VCDS still show measuring values for
"Exhaust Gas - Recirculat. (spec.)"
"Exhaust Gas - Recirculat. (actual)"
"Exhaust Gas - Recirc. Duty Cycle"

Or should these all be 0?
