Hey guys,
I am using a genuine VCDS Ross-Tech cable and version 11.11.3 software and have a problem with an Adaption Error.

I am trying to switch on 'Staging' aka Needle Sweep in the Instrument 17 Adaption channel.

I am unable to activate and save 'Staging' and the following errors appear.

'This appears to be an uninitialised control module;
A valid WSC/Importer/Equipment data may be required.
Click [yes] for VCDS to use default values of 12345/123/12345.
Click [no] for VCDS to try the values currently in the module.
Click [cancel] to go back and manually edit the values.'

'This workshop identification:
WSC 00046 Importer 790 Equipment 12345
was rejected by the control module.
The command will probably fail.
Please change your values.'

I did click [no] the first time i tried to change the 'Staging' which produced the error... I tried a second time clicking [yes] which did not work. I have re-installed the 11.11.3 software, but still no luck.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Problem sorted... Ross-Tech customer service is great! I needed to enter the 12345 code to access
