Looking for a vagcom in essex erea,also if not i wouldnt mine buying a cheap vag lead cos all i realy want to do is read and get rid of fault codes,were would i get the software if i got the lead thanks guys

What vagcom lead should i get to work on my 1999 1.8t audi a3,also if i download the software from ross tech would this check fault codes and get rid of them or is this realy limited software i would also like to be able to reset my throtle body ? please help im from essex if any one has vagcom ?
