So I need a coolant pipe for the 2.7 (ARE engine code)
It's part number 1 here:
The price from Audi is £319 Inc vat which seems to be a crazy amount for what it is. If I've got to pay it, then I've got to pay it, but while I've got it apart it makes sense to replace the other metal pipes under the inlet manifold. So just looking at any input from any S4/RS4 owners as I can't be the only person who has needed to change these pipes.
I've tried a few other places and they aren't far off of the £300 mark so not much real difference. It seems like Audi's attitude is we know you need it so we'll charge you what you want. It makes BMW's M tax look reasonable
