From what I understand they are built into the parts they control, one of the codes has ABS prefixing, the other 1.6l so I assume you have a 1.6ltr A3? I would check the earths under the battery tray as a starter... Need to remove the battery and the battery tray IIRC...

Well given its mentioning terminal 30 electrical circuit errors then yes that could very well take out a number of important systems, check the wiring as already advised cause open circuit is 99% time a wiring issue, loose or broken wire.

Given the starting issue, I would get the battery checked out too.
