Guys, i got a problem. We made a short drive to our local pet shop, bout 20 miles, then parked up. Went into shop, bought stuff, out and back to car. We were away from the car a maximum of 15 mins, get back and no power at all. The battery had gone, not a drop of power in it.Changed battery, after some extreme lumpy idling we ended up getting towed home. The car has now started and seems fine but will this have forced it into limp mode? We have half a tank of petrol and after a quick drive its showing 200mpg and 420 miles left with what petrol we have /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif Anything else this could have messed up?

Fullye reset the ECU. Disconnect the battery for an hour or so to be 100% certain its reset, then reconnect it and try again. If not, find someone with VAG-COM who can rn a diagniostic test on it.
