urgent help needed..coilover adjustment

    right i want to lower the car so do i wind the circle thing down or up
    i thought up to squash the spring but i've been reading down to make the spring bigger.

    down to lower, up, squashing the spring to lift the car.

    No problems, make sure you grease the threads as you will be supprised how quickly they corrode

    3 hours to fit my coilovers, 3 days to get the heights spot on! Good luck keeping your knuckles in one piece!

    had mine on almost 18 months and I still mess around with them!!
    depends on my mood!

    I am going for the "slightly higher at the back aerodynamic stylee" at present!!
