Urgent help greatly appreciated

Hi folks.
I need to replace the front wing on my 2007 A3 and wondered if anyone could let me know what's involved. I'm quite handy but also know that sometimes replacing a wing is easy and other times a nightmare.
I.e Does the bumper need removing?
