Fixed Uploading a picture when I reply

Hi there,

I cant seem to attach any photos on this forum? I am trying to reply on a thread and add a photo, but all it offers to me is a "URL" which is odd. on most forums, it would bring up a browse method so i can attach the photo that way. I have had a search on how to add a photo, but I didn't find anything.
