Upgrades possible?

A friend of mine has an a5 cabrio. It's a tfsi auto with paddles. Is it possible to add on cruise control and roughly how much?

Also his car doesn't have Bluetooth but has the buttons (tel) and speak button on steering wheel. Is it possible to activate this??
