So in my investigation to find out whats causeing this slight judder from a cold start i unpluged the maf sensor, indeed it does appear this is what's causeing it (need a new one it seems), so while driving the esp and eml light came on, obviously something was gonna come up due to something being unplugged, however i plugged it back in and started driving, the esp light went off after about 5 mins and turning the engine off and on, however the eml light is still on :notme:

Is there anyway i can turn it off?

Best bet would be to check with vagcom and clear the error codes.

Could try disconnecting the battery but not sure if that would work.

I would of thought the code would just need clearing on the ECU to be fair - but if it's under warranty then get them to do it....
