under body tray

My under body tray (ie the plastic cover under the engine) has finally given up the ghost and is hanging off.

Anyone know how much a new one is, front part only?

I need another for the 1.8T and the RS4 spec ones are £200 so not as bad as you think.

just rang audi, for diesel models they are £95
thats gonna hurt my wallet, mind you, cheaper than a rock going through the sump!!!

Can you not get one from 4ring spares or another breakers?

I wonder how the diesel ones are different?!

Perhaps you should take a pic of it so we can see if its just the same as ours.

the diesel has 2 under body trays, whereas the petrol im lead to believe only has 1.

i rang the local vw dealer in the end also and he confirmed it. thieves lol.
