Under body panel question

I was working under the car the other day and noticed I do not have the large panel that covers the central part of the cars belly..........the one that covers the majority if the central exhaust system

8E0 825 208 B, D or E (I assume E as that is stated for Diesel)

I ask as recall seeing a completely flat belly on the 8E when I worked at the VAG HQ years ago and they had the car on a jig showing the flat belly.

I could be wrong!

and iv been under quite a few b6 b7,s
