Unable to start conversation

Hi I am new to the page and have tried to start conversations with a member about an issue I have with my car asking for advice.
When I go to send the message it says unable to submit as may contain spam or inappropriate content. If it doesn't try later or contact an administrator.
I can't even message adminis as I get the same message when I try to message them!
