Had my v6 round at a local runner last week for a stage 1 + remap. Before the ecu was removed, it was thought to be a semos 8.4. Turned out to be an 8.3 and they are like hen's teeth.
The only way it can be unlocked, is with a Magicpro x17. Not a cheap item.
