Nah, i've just had a google, theyre completely different:

This is a scooby TD04 flange:

Volvo TD04's are square like a T3 or T25 flange.

TD05's have either the scooby style one, T25/3 style one, or a special version for the Evo twinscroll units

Nothing like the k03 flange at all mate.
