    Quick one,

My turbo intake pipe is turning saggy and soft and as such will need replacing, but I don't have any intention of getting a remap or running a cone filter in the future

Is there any point/benefit in getting the likes of the V3 80mm badger 5 one ?

Or is there other suitable silicone ones that would be more suited to running on a standard car

Can't go wrong with the b5 v2.2/v3. The reviews speak volumes

Benefit: won't go soft and saggy like your old one, best on the market.

Sure I get that, and I appreciate the hard work that has gone into the development hence why I have it as a potential, but is it overkill for my application ?

Looks like they have sold out now on their eBay shop now as well.

    The search will continue

Probably a bit of overkill, but it works, better airflow = happier turbo + engine. personally i hate the old rubber hoses, my next job is to replace all the radiator hoses with silicon, i've had 2 cars ruined thanks to rad pipes splitting/bursting.

You get the tuning bug and before you know it you've spend thousands of pounds on modifying your motor! lol
