First of all Hello all.

I have a 2004 (53) Audi A3 2.0 TDI 140 DSG Remapped.. About a week ago the turbo decided it will troll me by "blowing" and fouling everything in it's path with combusted oil!

So today i been removing everything that has been fouled with oil and clean it tomorrow(today when i wake up later on). Things to clean are:

Inlet Manifold
Ports on engine block where both manifolds connect
Exhaust (maybe skip this as no oil dripped out)
EGR Valve
Intercooler and all hoses connecting to it.

I've basically removed the front end of the car as it ****** me off!! But it think it has made it really easy to access things lol
Anyway some pics..

I think only turbo is gone as engine was ticking trying to start(yes i did it as i was about to replace engine) i was shocked it's turning over. The turbo on the exhaust side is seized? The rotor is stuck and no move atall!! The other compressor side is free as F*@K and just loose (snapped somewhere)

My back is F^#%£D to say the least lol. I have some questions..

> How to get rid of the smell?
> Spray brake cleaner in engine after removing rocker cover and then pour clean oil over and drain from sump. Okay or no good!!?

Thats all i can think of at the moment.
