Tuning tips Audi a3 2.0 tfsi quattro

So I'm doing some research of what options I have to tune it.

Atm im thinking about a chip and complete exhaust with race kat, that will give me about 277 hp..

That's great, Is there anything else I should do when I have this spec?

I've heard about diverter valves but got no idea what it is...


Have any tips??

Revo or the likes remap (could include stage 2 remap as well)
Dbilas air intake or vcoms
miltek turbo back exhaust
forge turbo spacer plate/ recirc valve

etc...
