Hi Guys Does anyone know how to manually release the petrol flap on a 2001 TT.
I got the cap open using the switch eventually but was wondering if there was a manual method the same idea as the boot pull.

    cheers:uhm:

The flap release pull is located in the right side of the boot behind the velour cover

Does anyone have any advice about keeping the filler cap closed?! i filled the tank up at a garage and the cap would not stay closed after. This car will surely be the death of me..... smuja :banghead: oh and since you mention it, where is the manual boot pull? for future reference, im sure il need it. Thanks

in between the seats is a removable cover (where the armrest would go) and there is a little loop there to pull
