Is this a common issue with these units?

    Is this the new one,
if so you need to go to nearest Audi dealer and have them look at it
as you may be able to get replaced under warranty

Yeah one I initially purchased is faulty.

I then purchased a 2nd one as well to see if its definitely faulty and the new one is working fine.

Can I return the 1st one I bought from you as faulty to get it refunded please?

Sorry does not really work like that
We cannot send it back faulty to Audi unless it has been into a dealership for them to check it out.

you should of informed us about the 1st one going faulty,
then as per previous post I would advised you to take it to your nearest dealership

Even though you purchased it from ourselves, that is the process,
there is no other way around it tbh

    Ok no problem

I can pop it into the dealership for you to have a look at it if that's ok?
