trouble locking/unlocking....B6 2001 TDI

B6 tdi,when the ignition is on (car running or not) i keep getting the central locking clicking,as if its locking/unlocking the doors,also when car is locked and i unlock via remote the windows come down aswell.

I know the car has this feature but this should only work if remote button is kept pressed down.
checked via vag com and it says something like remote key lock drivers side,any idea's?

have you tried disconnecting the battery then reconecting that might reset it

no need disconnect battery,iv hooked up vag-com and tried to clear the fault code but with no luck.

Could be the Control unit in the floor under the passenger seat carpet. Mine did something like this but my problem was the motion sensors for the alarm or so Vagcom said...
Changed the control unit and it was sorted...
