Hope you guys can help! Starting taking the trim off to wrap it and the dash was a nightmare, it refused to come out.

Looks like the centre clip is out of place and was stopping me from getting the trim off. This in turn caused me to snap the right one while pulling.

That centre piece refuses to come out, I can superglue the right one back on but any thoughts on the middle?

Superglue won't help as that's a compression fit, you'd need to strengthen the fixing with a pin through both parts then minimally use a 2 pack resin like topfix to get the best repair, those trims are expensive from Audi, so either find used one to trim or repair.

Best way to remove the broken piece is via door card of then push out from the inner side, do not damage the broken end or repairing won't line up straight.

Thanks, the superglue worked getting it back on but I know it'll just snap off but I'm OK with that, not an important part fortunately.
