i have a 97 a4 with 72xxx miles on it and the transmission just went out. i have no reverse and the car will only use 2nd and 3 gears. i do have a warrenty, thankfully. has this happened to anyone else? wtf! i hate when cars break down. the only place i can take it is booked for the next 2 weeks. looks like i'll be driving my z for the next couple weeks. sorry for the long post
