tow eye replacement

just wondering really...

when i fitted my FMIC i cut off the standard tow hook/eye.

did anyone else cut it off, if so did you bother to replace it with a aftermarket one or not worry about putting another one back on

I don't think I would of been cutting that off myself !

yeah i cut mine off aswell, im going to just stick a black aftermarket one on in the summer

i'm going to the ring again in april/may, will be the first time in this car, just thinking of thw worse might be a good idea to have one just incase.

where are you gong to attach one, are you going for a strap or a eye/hook ?

lol yeah you'd better get one sorted!!

im not too sure what im going to go for, probably an eye/hook setup because they look a fair bit sturdier than straps, and a hook/eye is solid and cant cause any damage to the bumper etc if your being pulled by a TOOL lol
