    ok all

right my thrust bearing on the clutch has started to make a noise when putting my foot halfway down on the clutch pedal.
what are my options with this, new clutch or can i just get the bearing done without the clutch being changed.

    2005 2.0 tdi 140 sportback.

Its a concentric slave, you can replace it without changing the clutch but you'd be daft not too as the box needs to come off to change the slave so you may as well do the clutch whilst at it.
