Throttle Body

Hi all idiot diy mechanic here.

I want to clean my throttle body on a 1.6 a3 and just want to make sure that before I go breaking things Im taking it off correctly.

Is it just a case of unclipping the clip on the inlet pipe and unscrewing the 4 bolts holding it on?

I have done a search but nothing seems to cover the whole procedure. Cheers.

I have read the link to the previous thread and have one question.
Is it easy to do and not f**k up as i am no mechanic.

thanks for the reply. I have seen the post but I on my car the metal ring attaching the inlet pipe to the throttle is different and there does not appear to be a screw to untighten. Is it just a case of pushing something back?
