i think it came out from seat fixtures when i removed the seat..anybody have any idea what it is and how to pop it back in. much appreciated.

Is that the thing that goes click click click if you haven't fully pulled on the seat lever to move the seat forwards and backwards on the runner?

Could be very wrong ofcourse. not an expert with seats at all..
