I've been thinking about getting a weekend/project car and something that will fit in my garage, so a TT is ticking a lot of boxes

Seen a few V/Y reg with low mileage on auto trader, so guessing they are mk1?

Is there anything major to look out for or avoid?

GREAT cars Andy, look at the 3.2 with DSG, and amazing motor car. OK, we sapped ours for a MK2, but do miss that MK1. If I can help, just ask. I've 3 x Mk1 data selling just now, including 3.2 TT. PM me if you need.

been looking at a 1.8T as cheaper to tax and insure? although heard a few bad things about that engine

It's a cracking engine, Andy, no worries. Don't know where you read such... I'll send you some info...

DSG only on the 3.2 MK1 however...

PM me with your email address and I'll send you scan copies:

TT 1 TT 2 TT 3 TT 4

Andy, I've just put some Audi TT docs on eBay: see eBay item number: 142215422867 and 142215419026

Hope this helps... :hi:

PS: you're only 52 minutes away... :superman:

Both within 10-miles Andy so start looking:

plenty about, ideally looking for a low mileage example - don't mind travelling to get one
