Them chrome bits on my avant

Hi folks, just wondering what you might suggest to polish the chrome roof rails, grill and window sills with as mine are starting to look a bit tatty ?

Sadly dont think much works mate, mine have gone milky. The sills and grill are plasticand ive yet to manage to find something that will polish my roof bars . Think its why most vinyl wrap the sills and grill
