Thought i'd share it.
Needs more white in there and the trees are too still lol
Amazing pics, thanks for posting mate, some of those pics are really saddening, but some put a smile on my face too

Out of the 45, number 5 is my favourite. Amazing photo.
I couldn't help but laugh when i saw number 7 though.
But why do organisations publicise 'best of 2011' when there are still 3 weeks plus of the year to run
also just to add, most of the pictures are just showing disasters and violations of human rights!
is it just me or are there more natural disasters occurring nowadays? well i guess its just another reason for the tree huggers to complain about global warming!
Heres some more.

Thanks Scott, superb thread.
Number 12 - almost restores faith in humanity...
Brilliant thread mate, such great photos
this photo i posted on Facebook a while ago but it is one really powerful photo i think it goes to show the dedication of one woman who's husband was killed while serving in the army , she sleeps with her husband one more time before he is buried while a army officer stands watches over her , now that is true dedication for you
Reminds me of this, different but no less poignant:
Fantastic thread Scott. No 5 and no 20 are ones that stand out most for me.
