Hi Guys need abit of advise.......My mate had a two penalty tickets on his bmw,Silly him ignore the fine and the Bailiff came for his car and he end paying £647.72 for a £60.00 fine.My question is if your car is park on a private property,can it still be clamped or taking away.

Secondly Any advise on how to avoid those fecking bailiffs,I know you should rather just pay the fine.But i know at some point most drivers as receive a parking ticket and just ignore it.

So any advise will be taking.

a good trick is to lower your car soo much that they cant get a clamp on there
it realy winds them up
and if you have a car on air ride thats even better because when you lower it to the floor when you leave it 1. they cant get a clamp on it because its too low
2. they cant get under it to tow it or lift it onto a flat bed

£647? jesus. Spend the money on a gun instead...

Or move to Scotland where they arent alowd to clamp as it amounts to "extortion".
