telephone photos

I know that with the music album art you either have to use an SD card or a later version ipod/red cable. What about the image space when you use your telephone - should any photos you have associated with a contact be imported as well - or is this a tech pack option only?

No phone contact pictures on mine either and no difference whether connected via AMI or Bluetooth, but the blank picture placeholder does appear in the MMI.

iPhone 3GS running iOS 6. MMI standard ie not Tech Pack.

Album artwork appears without problems.

I have phone contacts photos load up on the MMI screen when my phone is connected via Bluetooth. An using a Samsung Galaxy S4.

hmm. mine doesn't even though i have photos set in mine (iphone 4). You have the tech pack though, so maybe that has something to do with it

That seems to follow what the mobile compatibility site states:
Audi Datenbank fur mobile (don't worry - it's in English)

Selecting A3 and iPhone 4 states contact images are not available. The pages mentions iOS 6.1.3 as the latest version tested.

Well, that explains it, anything Apple is usually the source of the problem

I've not tried on mine because I don't have any contact photos stored anyway.
