Would have thought that after all the previous problems you would be staying clear of chips, needless to say you obviously cannot make up your mind about the car, one minute it's getting sold, next its brembo brakes, next nos then a chip!!!!!!!!!

Seems like you are a bit confused....................... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/noidea.gif

If your spending £500 then why not get the pro AMD rolling road treatment? I think they are getting at least 180hp and around 280-300lbft torque! Also they have the option to add a switch that allows you too turn if from standard to tune to modded.

    regards

I'd go with Superchips if I were you.

12 month guarantee, VW use them to tune their own cars such as the rally diesel MKV Golf.

I reckon you will see around 180 with the remap too - they also provide RR before and after for an extra fee.

I agree the warrenty is a good option, they have done a lot off cars now and have good feedback, yea i was quoted 180/300 too from both Amd and superchips, superchips is only 1 mile away and AMD few hundered,

Forget about the rolling road though cause im quattro!
