No problems with talktalk here been using them for ages, had one hiccup with a modem and it was sorted in 4 days.

Talktalk were cheap but it was the worst connection ever, so annoyed was I that I went with Virgin and although I pays a bit more dosh, I do get a superior connection and NO issues one year on.
