Tailgate Handle Removal / Light Rail

Can't seem to get this light rail / handle out the tailgate the one with the lock and numberplate lights in

Any help would be great broke the first one

I'm sure there is a thread for this in the how to section mate.

Got it thanks remove lock 1 10mm bolt and 2 plastic clips behind the light holders thanks
