Symphony Radio Switches off after 1 hr

Have just bought a 2008 TT 2.0 FSI. Its only done 19 K miles and is in immaculate condition. However during the last long drive noted that the radio switched itself off after 1 hour. Has anyone else had this happen

Could be ignition switch issue, usually if it switches of after an hour its not receiving the can bus network signal of status of ignition, could be wiring issue too, needs more investigation, of course at least an hour to test the theory, maybe abke to adjust the shutdown time period when testing, via coding, not sure unless I was working on the car.

Thanks. Since the car is still in warrenty I will ask the garage to look into it. I was concerned it may not be a radio issue at all, thats all.
