Symphony II - Stuck CD's

Got an error 3 on my Symphony II and it sounds like a CD has jammed in the 6 slot loading mechanism.

I have bought some removal tools of ebay, but does anyone know if it is relatively easy to take it apart to get the CD's out?

Hi I got the same problem with mine now CD jammed in the 6 disk magazine and error 3, did you have any luck getting the unit out and fixing it ?

I've seen some posts they suggest to resolve the issue they tool the Symphony II unit out and managed to get access to the CD magazine and re-aline the CD's. To anyone who has removed there Symphony II unit will it be easy for me to access the 6 CD magazine once I have the Symphony II unit out ? WOuld it be possible to just replace the 6 CD changer from another unit on to my current one ?
