Symphony 2 -> Concert 2+ in a 2005 A3

I currently have in my A3 the rather basic Symphony 2 with 6 CD slot and tape player hooked up to a BOSE system.

I am umming and erring over getting the RNS-E but it's a little too pricey for me (and I only use sat nav on my phone once in a blue moon) so was looking at the Concert 2+ headunits on eBay so have a couple of questions...

1) Would it be a straight swap?
2) Does the Concert2 play MP3 CDs from it's own slot and does it show track name in the DIS?

No it's not a straight swap, there is a wiring adaptor set like the RNS-E, but with addtional SAFE wire on it. Also the antennas has to be joined together from the single DIN antenna connection you need to split that into a Y adaptor for either input of the concert II+

It will play MP3 CD's and display in the DIS.

I have some brand new concert/symphony II+ units available with manual and code, whereabouts are you?
