Swaping standard headlights for daytime running Xenon ones?

I've got a 62 plate Audi A3 which by default came with standard headlights. I wanted to change them for the daytime running Xenon ones but this requires some rewiring. I was wondering if anyone would be able to recommend someone reputable that could possibly get this done around London?
