Swap 2003 S3 for 2003 Golf R32???

Anyone have a 2003 S3 in silver or Imola yellow in mint condition with less than 10k miles on the clock that they would be interested in doing a straight swap for the following:

2003 (53) Golf R32 in deep blue pearl with cloth interior and 4.5k on the clock, as new?

Yeah your right .. I just quoted the prices given in parkers which seem to be a 'little' bit out. The two for sale on autotrader are around the 24000 mark.
