Sunroof creaking when closed

hello I’ve got an odd creaking noise from my sunroof when it’s closed, as soon as I open it it goes away? Is there any common issues I can check?

There is a recommended service every 2 years for the sunroof (according to Audi) maybe needs the service?. I have it on mine but so far it's perfect.

Just cleaning and re-greasing the tracks and re-treating the rubber seal as far as I'm aware......
