Strange Scratches on NS & OS Windows

I have recently notice a quite long line of scracthes on both my front windows in exactly the same place on each side and roughly the same height aswell goes about half way up the window, has anyone else experiebnced this, i suspect the window regulators to gbe at fault and the windows catching on something in the doors, im gonna get it booked in see if i can get it under warrenty, as it certainly is not my fault, any help would be appreciated

I have something similar but only on the drivers side window, a small line of scratches above the handle about 1/3 of the way up the window. I don;t think that they were there when I bought the car but I don't know what caused them?

They are caused by the covers on the inside of the handles.
if you remove the door card you can get to them and trim the lip that touches the door with some small nail scissors and it will stop it touching the glass.

Common faullt , ive got them on both windows too, trimming lip will help out, later models had modification fitted i believe
