hi all i got some parts off tps what inc 5l of oil for my sig car below =
Azgb 115 qlb 00 501 A4E3 Longlife III 5w oil for £57.89p ( from stoke on trent AUDI to ! )
but then i got some for topping up from audi at halesowen code
Uzgb 115 qlb 00 501 LF06 5l Longlife III 5w ( looks the same but different start & end code ).
only £27.18p !!!
will the halesowen oil be ok for topping up ?, as the garage who did the oil change said my engine takes 5.25l so i might need to top up. so i got this oil & now i am worried in case the code means it might be different oil some how.... .
p,s i have got a fuel filter too code u057 127 435 d ad02, is it easy to swap over ? as i have my car booked in at a garage what does all the work on my old cars & they have been great so far.
but i have heard a few folks say on forums about the ccar not starting or the pump locking up & costing loads to get right.
all
plus i code some covers too for the battery, air con pipes, stuttle cover etc.
i will scan the invoice in ASAP & stick it up on here with some photos on my engine bay asap.
