A4 2.5tdi, still overboosting, changed boost switch on intercooler, boost vacuum sensor, vacuum pump, replaced all vacuum pipes with silicone items, removed turbo and cleaned(all vane operations working correctly), only thing not replaced so far is actuator.
Initial boost under load goes over 30psi, then dumps a load and settles at approx 18psi, which is still probably high.
Any ideas what standard boost level should run at?
And any ideas what could be causing it.......

Although i must admit its quite a nice boost when it comes in :eyebrows:

Actuator may be playing up then mate, or the sucker that feeds it, try taking the pipe off the actuator and see if there is any difference.

I once had over boosting due to a slight split in one of the pipes that went to the inter cooler on the passengers side, you could only see the split with the system was being pushed and the pipes was all expanded,
