Stiff steering wheel

HI EVERYONE,
NEED SOME ADVICE ON MY AUDI TT STEERING WHEEL ITS VERY STIFF IT DON'T FEEL LIKE A POWER STEERING WHEEL. I WONDER IF SOMEBODY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND COULD ADVICE ME ON IT. THANK YOU YOUR TIME

Could be anything from a low/flat tyre to a power steering pump failure.

How old is the car?
Is it making any unusual noises?
Does the steering also feel notchy?

THE CAR IS 1999 AUDI TT
NO NOISE
THE TYRES ARE FINE

I would start by checking if there is any fluid in the PAS reservoir and go from there. If it has lost all its fluid, there could be a leak in the system somewhere which would cause the system to lose its pressure and create the heavy steer feeling.....almost like trying to drive a train around corners.

Power steering or Top mount bearings broken up.

This is probably related to your other thread with cluster showing loads of lights, get it on vcds.

Also tone the text down with caps lock of please.
